Marketing and Customer Care Manager
Immediate opening for a Marketing and Client Care Manager to be a part of a team focused on establishing new relationships and generating new business. You will establish and maintain new client and business relationships; coordinate automated transaction processes; sell e-mail and online advertising to area business owners; and attract and mentor high-performing team members.
To succeed in this position, you’ll need a solid work ethic, a results-oriented drive, a committed, entrepreneurial spirit, and a highly professional and friendly manner. Your potential to build relationships and to research and target potential advertisers, develop leads, and close new business is crucial, as is your ability to juggle multiple tasks and to invest the hours it takes to get the job done. Computer literacy and Internet research skills are required. Exceptional problem solving skills, logical thinking and a passion to help others envision and realize their dreams are essential to this position.
This is an independent contractor position that reports directly to the real estate executive. Your job will be very hands-on and you’ll be contributing to the development of the company as a whole, participating in regular sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to review our sales and marketing strategies. You will work flexible hours from home and in the field as you deem appropriate. The pay for this position is a combination of fees for services rendered and uncapped commissions for advertisements based on a generous fee and commission schedule.
